“You should eventually know that the secrets of the universe and the true history of mankind are hidden in words.” Pao Chang
Last week, we introduced part 1 of this series, exploring important questions. Coming into this realm, most people seem to be set up for what appears to be an ongoing, orchestrated enslavement and disempowerment experience. In light of the incessant toil and struggle of humanity, why would a “good God” design such a system of suffering and failure? Does it suggest that God is not actually good, or is there another perspective by which we can improve our understanding (innerstanding) of our cosmic story? In this lengthy series on religious reconstruction, we are exploring the greater context for these kinds of questions and what mindsets and actions we can implement for radical empowerment and fearless living.
Today’s entry continues to explore the phenomenon of word magic: what it is, how it is used unconsciously (or subliminally) in our language today, and how to reclaim one’s sovereign power over dark magic spells woven into the fabric of our earth experience.
Word Magic
Remember in grade school when you devoted great time and effort to learning spelling? Originally this word (spell, spelling) meant to tell a narrative story imbued with enchantment and power. Eventually, it came to be associated with casting magical spells. From the time you were a wee little lad (or lass), you were unknowingly being inducted into your own version of Hogwart’s School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
From the book, Word Magic: The Powers and Occult Definitions of Words, word magic is, “the art of using sacred sounds and symbols, and hidden forces to direct and control energy to produce certain desired effects or marvels.” In simpler terms, word magic is using words—spoken or written—to create desired effects through will and intent. Word magic doesn’t have to be consciously performed. Everyone who speaks or writes through language uses word magic in work, relationships, and play, whether for our benefit or detriment. Even the etymology of the word language, according to expert sources, means: “monsters of war that protect the noble ones or ‘golden gods’” (Word Magic, p. 3). To me, this suggests that some languages may even have been developed as weapons of warfare by their creators.
From “The Hidden Spells in Our Language,” “To spell is to spell cast, and to write is to perform a rite. …This is because when we write the spelling of a word we are performing a ritual. To spell a sentence is to sentence someone to your spell. Likewise, the word grammar comes from the Latin word grimoire which means ‘book of spells.’ Before grimoire, the Latin word gramaire (and the Scottish word ‘glamour’), meant ‘magic’ and was also associated with astrology and occult knowledge.”
By design, our psyches or subconscious minds are very prone to the power of suggestion. As mentioned, we don’t have to be paying attention, or even consciously consenting to the will and intent of the word magic being used on us. As long as we are using a language (hearing, speaking, writing) that contains sounds and symbols with intentioned meanings and energetic effects, those effects will give subliminal messages to our psyches, and then show up in our lives with results. This is why external sources can have such detrimental effects on us individually and collectively (i.e. news media, educational systems, governmental propaganda, advertising).
When unconsciously using language, we are very susceptible to coming under spells and delusions that keep us participating in compulsory slave programs. In fact, governments, banks, educational and religious institutions (including organized Christianity and Catholicism) are some of the biggest practitioners of magic spells. Ultimately, when living so unconsciously, we give away our life force to these institutions, failing to live from our power in our purpose.
English Language
English, some say, is one of the most deliberate, effective spell-casting languages. Little wonder that it has been pushed as the international common language for business and trade. Some experts say it was developed to implement and maintain a slave mentality among its users, and therefore was proliferated during world colonization. Ironically, English was implemented around the 5th to 6th century AD, right about the same time that the fear-inducing doctrine of hell—the major trump card to elicit obedience from even the most wayward of slaves—was being introduced as a mainstream religious teaching. What a noteworthy coincidence. The etymology of the word English comes from the word angle, bend, or spin. So then, it seems, words were constructed to angle, bend or spin meaning!
Laurel Airica, developer of the website, Word Magic Global, has spent decades educating people about the disempowerment and oppression of the Secret Spells of the English Language. She offers many free resources on her website including a PDF download of The Book of E: A Book of Alphabet Alchemy. When you read works like Airica’s Book of E, it is very difficult to mentally assimilate how the English language was that manipulated. But these were clearly pros, and many language researchers have revealed the consistent mechanism for deception.
Once again from, Word Magic: The Powers and Occult Definitions of Words, “The language system is made of words because words have magic powers and are great for deceiving. One of the reasons why words can easily deceive you is because they can be misinterpreted and misunderstood. Furthermore, each letter of a word can be rearranged to hide the word’s deeper meanings… In the English language, nearly every word is carefully designed and put together in a way that produces magic effects, so that the Dark Magicians who created these words can trick you into playing their ‘con game’ to enslave the human race. English is the language that the Dark Forces want to use to control the world. …many English words are great for creating deceptive contracts” (Word Magic, pp. 2-3)
From the book, The Power of Words: How the English Language Casts Spells by the founder of Quantum Holographic Echo Healing, Paula Wratten: “The English language, with its rich vocabulary and expressive capacity, serves as a potent tool for casting spells that shape our reality. Whether through the intentional use of affirmations, the subconscious influence of repetitive phrases, or the symbolic power of metaphors, words hold the ability to transform thought, emotion, and circumstance.”
Consider a few examples of word play that affect our psyches:
Evil: Live backwards.
Enter-tain (hold)-ment (mind): enter into and hold your mind.
Em-ploy (trick)-ment: entering into a trick of the mind.
Employer: one who tricks or deceives you into working or being occupied.
Govern (control)-ment (mind): mind control.
Man-ager: imposed stress induces aging.
Under-stand: to stand under, the idea of subservience.
Person: a part in a drama, assumed character, originally a mask, a false face.
A-wake: gathering that takes place before a funeral.
Morning (mourning): an expression of grief or sorrow.
Earn (urn): a vessel for the ashes of the dead.
Job — אִיּוֹב: The Hebrew word for enemy or persecuted.
Undertaking (or undertaker): someone who manages the dead.
Weekend (weakened): we are weakened at the end of the work week.
White vs. Black (or Dark) Magic
With the awareness that we are living in a magical universe (magic and miracles occur everywhere, everyday) then we must ask, are there guidelines or parameters of which we should be aware before embarking on a co-creation campaign? Performing magic on yourself or others involves speaking over, intending, and envisioning what you want for yourself and others. In Christianity, it’s often called praying which is why prayer often works. It’s not done from a subservient position of begging or pleading, but one of standing in one’s power as children of the Divine Source.
Black (or dark) magic is speaking over or in-tending, or desiring (or praying for) that which is injurious, punitive, or violates the will of another—sometimes even if you believe it’s in their best interest. The first two intentions are a no-brainer, but it gets sticky with number three. If you are trying to force your will on someone else without sufficient knowledge that your intention would be beneficial and desired by their will, it is considered black magic. Imagine how many well meaning prayer chambers are inadvertently practicing black magic in the name of Jesus!
Instead of praying or intending specifics for others, I have learned to ask or intend whatever is needed for the recipient’s highest and best. I don’t pretend to know what specifically that is. Take for instance my adult daughters. I don’t know what lessons Divine Source has planned for them to learn and grow in this lifetime. When I see them struggling with the challenges of life, I have learned to ask that they receive the outcome that is for their highest and best, and that they will come into alignment with their Higher Selves through the process, which is always for their good. But if I were to get specific about what I thought they needed or what I thought would be beneficial for them, I am at risk for imposing my will with black magic.
Another example of black magic is speaking or intending how or when a request is answered for another. The how and when for any given intention (or prayer) to come to pass is left up to the discretion of Source for that person’s best interest and timing. Our focus should only remain on the what. You may have perfect intentions in the what (what you want for another) but trying to impose your limitations and control ventures into black magic. An example of this might be someone tells you that they wish they could find a more gratifying or better paying job, and they ask for your “prayer” or “energetic intentions.” You already know that this is their will, so it’s perfectly fine to intend for them to find exactly what they are looking for. But if you try to dictate when or how this might come about, you are overstepping.
White magic is the opposite. It is intending the highest and best for others (normally that you would also want for yourself) and does not violate any ethical boundaries. An example would be intending love and happiness for someone through your words and visualizations. This would be an example of white magic, because love is the highest calling and a foundational principle of the universe. I don’t think anyone could not benefit from love and happiness. If you know that person is seeking a job, a partner, a better way of life, a freedom from an unwanted habit or circumstance—those are all worthy intentions. Remember to leave the how or the when up to the Universal Wisdom, because we don’t know what processes a soul has to go through to be made ready for their desired miracle.
Subliminal messages
I am by nature, a skeptic, although the more I have learned in recent years that challenges my perceptions of reality, much less so now. I remember first coming across the book Word Magic (quoted in this blog) and feeling so skeptical that the words I’ve been using all my life could really be at the root of many of humanity’s—and my own—oppressions and lack. It initially seemed ludicrous. But after ALL the rabbit holes and ALL the red pilling of 2020 (receiving my vision back), as well as reading several New Thought books, such as Three Magic Words, I began to open my mind to the implications of this realm that reality really is stranger than fiction. Often times, the plain truth right in front of us is harder to see and accept than the lie that we have already accepted. Hitler’s is famously quoted with, “the bigger the lie, the more readily people will believe it.”
I see this phenomenon often with people, especially children of divorce with an unhealthy parent, women in unhappy, unhealthy relationships, and people in intimate relationship with addicts. They are more inclined to believe what they hear from their abusive or unhealthy person than what they see and experience. It’s almost as if our ears have a more direct or influential line to our brains than our eyes or senses. I have experienced this alternate reality myself.
To be skeptical, is to operate from your mind. The mind is easy to deceive or trick, as probably all of us have consciously experienced. I am learning a better way to operate in this world is from my gut, or my inner voice some call intuition. After being stripped of trusting my intuition from my conservative Christian upbringing (and then finding out I was radically deceived about most everything), this requires effort initially. I have realized that religion would be obsolete if people learned to live from their intuition, rather than needing outer authorities and religious gatekeepers in order to find guidance. This is why those institutions must diligently work to uproot the innate human ability to listen to our Wise Inner Guides. How can you control people with fear and subservience if they have a strong inner compass? First, you strip them of their inner senses, then you continually cast disempowerment spells on them!
From Word Magic: “On a deeper level, words are spiritual symbols that are used by the collective mind to create the program of the world. This program or software exists within the subconscious mind of every man, woman, and child. …Remodeling the earth without proper communication was unproductive so a language was developed, allowing man to use words to reprogram his subconscious mind. This gave man great power, allowing man to control and manipulate matter and reality to a large degree. Today, the knowledge to use the right ancient words to control and manipulate reality is only known by a very small percentage of men and women. Unfortunately, some of them have used this knowledge to reprogram people’s minds, allowing them to create an artificial matrix to control people and harness their energy” (Word Magic, p. 153).
It's not that difficult to discern. If you start with the evidence and work backward—most of humanity is living in an oppressive slave system that maintains control by a scarcity and fear model—you can follow where the evidence leads. Something calculated and effective is making us disempowered. How clever to use our own voices to make us captives. It makes total sense to me.
The past few blog entries, we have learned about how children are in a programmable brainwave state called theta, from ages 0-7. We begin programming children to accept their role to play in this realm (it seems that children are getting programmed into a slave system “game?” that they are challenged to escape), and then it is reinforced throughout our lives like an advanced brainwashing tactic, and even moreso now in modern technological society.
For example, when you watch TV or movies or anything that gets you into a focused, relaxed state, you also slip into that same theta brain state, becoming susceptible to programming. When people watch the news on TV, they are essentially being hypnotized and programmed by propaganda, which is probably why we experience such rabid and polarizing social and political issues in our country. People in that state, supporting the news and other mind-programming methods with their attention, are consenting to give away their power and reason. With so many people glued to the fear-inducing, lying news media, it feels like we are living in a zombie apocalypse. Movies also have the same effect.
It has been demonstrated and disclosed that the media, advertising, and government initiatives are also using subliminal messages that are picked up by the psyche. It was proven way back in the 1950s that people who were exposed to subliminal messages on a movie screen were influenced to buy coke and popcorn. There is a Youtube documentary called, “Programming the Nation,” that explores this topic (from a Christian’s perspective). Also check out “The CIAs Appalling Human Experiments with Mind Control.” Although it’s important to note that these are just a few of the many CIA and government mind control initiatives in the past 100 years.
Many “fiction” movies are telling the plain truth about the contrived elements of our reality, yet we don’t correlate because the word “fiction” dissuades us with special word magic to keep us from noticing. It’s just fiction! It can’t be real, we tell ourselves subconsciously. But movies are a great tool of mass programming by the overseers of the slave system (implemented through banking, education, media, science, healthcare, etc.), because movies shape our thoughts and perceptions of reality. Movies also accomplish predictive programming, or grooming us to accept and subconsciously consent to upcoming manipulations of collective experiences. If they did not obtain our collective consent, they would be violating our free will.
“Many movies have images and words with occult meanings embedded in them to deceive you to temporarily give up your natural rights through silence. By being silent, you choose not to exercise your natural rights. …This is how the Dark Forces, and the Dark Magicians can get away with most of their evil deeds. Ignorance is no ‘excuse’ and silence implies ‘consent.’” (Word Magic, p. 20).
Some examples of predictive programming disclosure movies: Contagion, 12 Monkeys, V is for Vendetta, Truman Show, The Matrix, Total Recall, Wag the Dog, Men in Black, Eyes Wide Shut, Pine Gap, The Man in the High Castle, Utopia, and perhaps hundreds of others. One must also be alert to the slick programming methods in truther documentaries, such as The Social Dilemma on Netflix. This movie gains our trust because it transparently addresses the justified fears and concerns we all have about loss of privacy and mind control through social media. But the very fact it’s located on a platform that is part of the programming scheme, you have to watch it very carefully to see that they throw in a few truths with a poisoned sugar coating of many disempowering, divisive, fear-inducing lies, so they are still accomplishing their agenda of shaping your thinking with false impressions and fear. An example, the Matrix makes you think that in order to take the red pill, the only way through is via a bloody, violent, painful battle. It either scares people into comfortable ignorance by taking the blue pill, or perhaps a violent streak in them makes them chase down the experience of violence as a way to not submit to the tyranny.
The platform where you find information matters. If it’s a global mainstream platform, likely you can’t let your guard down to accept all of the material presented. It doesn’t mean we can’t use it, we just have to be more savvy and alert to the subliminal programming. These days, I’ve got my spidey senses engaged when I watch everything to see how the message of the program (the disclosed agenda right in front of our faces) is trying to shape my thinking.
What is the ultimate goal? Why would “they” go to all this trouble? In order to obtain your compliance and subservience in a rigged system that feeds the power of the designated elite of this world. If they can convince you that life is out to get you with untold threats, that you are a lowly human with few real rights, and that your government has the answers and protection you need if you will just sign on this dotted line (comply, don’t question), then you will be safe. They create false security in exchange for your awareness of your God-consciousness, your Divine Spark, the Invincible Co-Creator inside of you that could otherwise create whatever life of freedom and abundance you could conceive.
You are the Magician
“…The key to controlling energy is magic which is the art of using sacred sound, sacred geometry, and natural forces to direct and control energy to produce certain desired effects” (Word Magic, p. 15).
What you speak over your life, consciously or unconsciously, comes from what beliefs and intentions you hold internally. These eventually manifest in your time-space experience. Take a look. What is your experience or perceived reality? Your thoughts and words are literally creating it. I want to note that “giving an account in a day of judgment” (from the Bible) is not some big scary event after you die. Every single day, we are “giving account” for our actions resulting from our beliefs and words. They come to fruition, which is a judgment either for or against us. This verse is merely saying, a day of judgment (decision, rendering) will sooner or later come of your words. Imagine (image) what we could begin to create in our lives if we were to be more positive and intent-ional.
The creation story is your story. With your words, you are creating the light, and you are creating the dark. You are creating power, and you are creating disempowerment. You are building up, and you are tearing down.
I had an epiphany this week, looking at The Magician card, which is card #1 in the major arcana of the Tarot.* The major arcana are numbered from 0 (The Fool) to 21 (The World), and follow sort of a trajectory of personal development in the human journey. We all start out as The Fool, which does not carry a negative connotation. Rather, it is a description of the innocence and naivety of a young soul who has not been indoctrinated into what could go wrong, or even what could go right, and must go through an initiation of experiences, both difficult and wonderful, to find his or her power and True Self.
But The Fool is not sent empty-handed. On his shoulder he carries a bundle of tools to get him through his journey—a knife (small sword), a cup, a wand, and a pentacle (or a coin). He is given the number 0, not because he is insignificant, but because he is rife with possibility and should not be labeled or limited with a number. Also, the 0 is a symbol of eternity, and this sojourner could be anywhere along the road of his immortal, continuous experience, as it is never ending. He is said to dance across all of the numbers at will, as he sets about dis-covering himself and re-membering Who he is.
Next in line is The Magician, who is the first numbered card, which means he is now a young lad still full of innocence and possibility. Note that he has spread out the tools from his pack on the table before him, and he is using a wand pointed at heaven to command his desires with confidence and faith (using the spoken word), while pointing to the earth where he wants the manifestation of his magic to appear.
Now here’s what I noticed recently. He has the lemniscate above his head, which is also an infinity sign. In addition to referring to his perpetual, immortal nature, a lemniscate also speaks of balance, and opposite extremes. The young Magician reminds us of all the stages of our development, and how our inner and outer landscape constantly changes in cycles. We start out as children believing anything is possible to us (which it is), and then, due to external and cultural influences, we take a pendulum swing over to an unconscious “forgotten Magician” version of ourselves, one who creates our own suffering and lack unawares. As we age and hopefully awaken to wonder and mystery (become like knowing children again), we become more conscious and intentional about what we are creating for ourselves, which swings back into the positive, magic-conscious, empowered side of the lemniscate. We remember that we are always creating, positive or negative, whether or not we are conscious of it!
This is ultimately exciting news! “God” did create the potential for good or evil, plenty or scarcity in this realm, all contingent upon us becoming conscious of our status as co-creators and acting on it. This God knows that our divine spark can’t ultimately be snuffed out or harmed in this illusory, temporary realm. Our True Selves are always safe, and cannot really be influenced or harmed by evil in the Greater Context. But when we become aware of our creative power here and now, we can finally escape victimhood and step into a newly created life of free will. Free will is only available to those who become conscious of our true choices as Divine Beings. This is when the real magic can start toward creating what we do want in our lives.
Open your eyes and open your mouth with intentional pronouncements of your life and abundance. It truly is a Magical Universe, and creation is in the power of your words. By recognizing and harnessing the magical essence of language, we can use words to manifest our deepest desires. When you learn how to control and direct energy, you can become one of the most powerful Beings on Earth
Activity: If you have trouble accepting the concept of word magic, I encourage you to listen to this three minute video, Power in the Groves. It gives inspiring perspectives on trees and how they help us find our magic. Trees have saved me at pivotal times!
Tell me what you think! Is this series resonating with you?
*The Tarot is divided into two different decks, the major arcana, which is a collection of cards bearing archetypes of the human journey, and the minor arcana, which are related to everyday life. Arcana means secret, or mystery. An archetype, according to one website, is: “a pattern that connects the people of the world across time and culture.” Everyone participates in archetypes within our personalities and ego constructs. Examples of archetypes that we can all relate to in our own behaviors or that of others are: the hero, the villain, the star, the victim, the princess, the fool, the savior, the wise old man (or woman), etc.
Enjoyed this very much! Thanks for writing and sharing your thoughts and research!
Thank you for this empowering message Julie. It makes me consider the transcendent spirit within me, and also the connection that I have with all other men and women that are open minded about the agency and authority that each of us have over our own lives.
